Dear Friends and Customers,
Donald Davis Bags was started over 40 years ago by my grandfather, Donald
T. Davis. It all began when he decided that he wanted something more than
the produce business he'd been a part of since he was 15 years old. He began
with a pickup truck and a dream. He began picking up used bags from old
dairies and bundled them for resale. |
|
40 years later he is still in the business. Now, however, he is still hard
at work, but now in many different areas of the bag business.
We have become one of the largest importers of woven polypropylene bags
in the country. With over 200,000 square feet of warehouse space, the company
has been in the import business for the past 15 years.
We carry large quantities of paper bags, misprints and plain, polyethylene,
and burlap. Donald Davis is still the sole owner, but was joined in 1976
by his son-in-law ( my father ) - Perry M. Judy Jr. In the summer of 1999,
I joined the company also.
As we begin a new millennium of business, and also a new stage in life
for myself, our business has continued hope for growth and prosperity. As
a recent graduate of Wofford College, with a degree in Business / Economics,
I hope to bring a new energy and passion to the business, with the same
reliability and standard of service set by my grandfather and father.
Our company looks eagerly into the new millennium as we remain steadfast
in our devotion to our customers. We are small enough to listen, but also
large enough to conquer any task or order we are faced with. Join us in
our continuing effort to serve our customers as quickly as possible. Let
us know if we can help you in any way. We can easily be reached by phone,
fax or e-mail.
Thank you for your support and your business.
Sincerely,
Perry M. Judy III (Trae ) |
